Shipping Policy & Delivery

We offer fast delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free for most products. Delivery charges may apply to some products. Any delivery charges are always clearly stated on the product page and at checkout. We also deliver to other countries within the European Union at low rates.

Buddy Beds ships from warehouses in Molenaarsgraaf. This means we can usually deliver orders in the Netherlands and Belgium quickly. The delivery times below are estimates in working days, calculated from the next working day after you place your order.

Estimated delivery times

🇳🇱 Netherlands: on average 1 to 3 working days
🇧🇪 Belgium: on average 2 to 4 working days
🇪🇺 Other EU countries: on average 2 to 7 working days

Please note: delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly during busy periods, such as promotional campaigns or public holidays.

Split deliveries

Some orders consist of several items, such as a dog bed and a separate cover. These items may be delivered separately from one another and in multiple consignments.

Shipping & carriers

We use reputable carriers such as DPD, DHL or PostNL. The choice of carrier is automatically determined based on your order and delivery address.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order, or part of it, is dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.

Important to note:

• It may take a while for a Track & Trace link to become active after the parcel has been scanned by the carrier

• If you do not yet see an update, your order is usually simply on its way

• If your order is split into separate deliveries, you’ll receive multiple track & trace links

International delivery

We ship to countries within the European Union at rates displayed at checkout.

For shipments outside the EU, higher delivery charges and any import duties or taxes may apply. These costs are payable by the customer.

Returns policy

30-Night Trial

Selected Buddy Beds come with a 30-night trial period. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may return the product.

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the purchase price. This trial period is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.

When a return is not possible

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is not returned in a clean condition

• The original packaging is missing

• The product has been damaged through use or careless packaging

Returns process

1. Please arrange your return via your account or our contact page

2. Always quote your order number

3. Follow the return instructions you receive from us

4. Pack the product carefully in the original box

5. Post the parcel in accordance with the instructions

Buddy Beds will cover the cost of the return delivery

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.

Important to note

• Returns will only be processed once they have been received and inspected

• We are not liable for any damage or loss during the return shipment

• Returns that are inadequately or incorrectly packaged may be refused

• This returns policy complies with consumer law and our terms and conditions
